Policies and warranty

At Ekkip, your satisfaction is important to us, so we make it our duty to exchange or refund any products that doesn’t meet your expectations according to our list of conditions listed below.

 

Exchange and refund for the items bought in store.

  • Any return must come along with the original receipt.
  • The article must be in it's original packaging and mustn’t show any sign of wear.
  • Refund within 10 days of your purchase.
  • Exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
  • No refund/exchange on clearance items.

*Please take note that these categories aren’t subject to our exchange/refund policy: Bicycles, swimming suits, underwear, sun and swimming glasses, altered skis or any article that went through modification at our workshop.

Return Process

To get a refund as soon as possible, follow these steps:
  • Send us an email at web@ekkip.com to obtain a refund authorisation.
  • Once you’ve got the confirmation, use the return label provided in the original shipment to send us back the item.
  • After receiving back the item from you, we’ll proceed to a refund including a 10$+tx deduction as for the shipping fees.
  • You can also send us back a package with another shipping company.
  • Please note that you may bring us back the item in store by yourself and free of charge.

Guarantee

  • The manufacturer’s guarantee does not cover normal use, abuse, inappropriate use of the article, nor accidental breakage.
  • Articles subject to the manufacturer’s guarantee must be accompanied by the original receipt with exception from online bought items.
  • Items must be clean.
  • Following the manufacturer’s decision, the article could either be replaced, exchanged by something similar or upgraded, repaired or credited.
  • The return process can take up from 2 to 6 weeks.
  • Freight charges, handling costs and other associated fees will be cared for by the store upon presentation of the original receipt within the first year of purchase.
 

Price and information accuracy

Ekkip is always trying its best to provide you with the truest up-to-date information on Ekkip.com website. However, it is possible for some mistakes, omissions, misprints, inaccuracies and others to happen and appear online. Ekkip reserve the right to modify products, descriptions, prices and services announced at any instant and prior notice. Also, please take note that some of the pictures on the website may differ from the actual product in store as some of them are only for informational purpose. Prices shown on Ekkip.com are in Canadian funds only and are tax-extra. Product prices online may differ from the one shown in store. Furthermore, some online promotions are exclusive to the web and may not be applicable for in store purchases.

Ekkip can’t guarantee the availability of services and items shown online for future ordering. Ekkip reserve the right to correct, discard, terminate and/or revoke any order made, including approved ones, for any reason whatsoever and to limit services and products quantity available for purchase.

 

Confidentiality

It is possible to stay anonymous while visiting our website. However, to order items online, you may be invited to give personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number or credit card information. We use these information to create your account, communicate and to keep in touch regarding your order and to answer all your needs. The information collected on Ekkip.com are to and will stay strictly confidential. During the processing of your purchase it may be necessary to valid some of your personal information or credit card information before approving any order. None of your information is going to be used for other purpose unless asked first and given consent for.

 

Online purchase

We reserve the right to limit available quantities for sales and selling, and the right, at any moment, to reject, revoke, terminate and or discard any order for any reason whatsoever. If the prices shown is subject to change, we will offer the option to place the order at the new price in effect. Any items ordered will be sent in up to 48 hours following the reception of the acknowledgement of receipt for the order approved, excluding during the week-ends and holidays. Delivery time may differ depending on the location. For instore pick-ups, you must show a copy of your order attestation, the credit card used for the purchase and a valid I.D. Please take note that we only accept pick-ups from the buyer in person. Note that a 24 hours delay may be required for your order to be ready and prepared. Unbeatable price policy

Equalization requests for competitor’s prices will be honored if the price is in effect during the buying process, some conditions applies.
